PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING   -   SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING   -   PILATES 


We offer programming tailored to your goals - including strength development, hypertrophy, weight loss programs, injury prevention, cardio conditioning, mobility, core strength, posture and more! 


PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING:

Our private training packages include tailored nutrition protocols and full access to our app, giving you everything you need in one place. We’re here to support you at every stage - whether it's weight loss, pre/postnatal fitness, menopause coaching, or beyond.  We truly guide you every step of the way towards strength, health, and confidence.



SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SEMI-PRIVATE):

Our group training packages are ideal for individuals who seek the benefits of personal training within a supportive small-group environment. Each session is limited to a maximum of six women, allowing our certified trainers to provide the proper individualized attention while focusing on mobility, strength, power, hypertrophy, and cardiovascular conditioning. Please note that our small group training packages do not include personalized nutrition protocols or full app access.


  1. Bundles
    Bundles allow you to purchase a set number of sessions upfront, which can be used at your convenience within a 6–12 month period. This option offers maximum flexibility for clients who prefer to schedule sessions according to their own availability.
  2. Memberships
    Memberships provide 8 sessions per month for the duration of your 1, 2, or 3 month contract. Our monthly sessions create a structured and reliable program to help you reach your fitness goals. This option is ideal for clients seeking a regular training routine while enjoying a reduced monthly cost.

PILATES:

We offer Private 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions designed to improve core strength, stability, mobility, and posture through controlled, intentional movement. Using bodyweight, springs, and light resistance, you’ll enhance muscle endurance, alignment, and overall body awareness.
