Our private training packages include tailored nutrition protocols and full access to our app, giving you everything you need in one place. We’re here to support you at every stage—whether weight loss, pre/postnatal fitness, menopause coaching, or beyond—and guide you every step of the way towards strength, health, and confidence.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING (SEMI-PRIVATE):
Our group training packages are ideal for individuals who seek the benefits of personal training within a supportive small-group environment. Each session is limited to a maximum of five women, allowing our certified trainers to provide the proper individualized attention while focusing on mobility, strength, power, hypertrophy, and cardiovascular conditioning. Please note that our small group training packages do not include personalized nutrition protocols or full app access.
