Each private training package includes customized nutrition protocols and full access to
our training app, ensuring a personalized and comprehensive fitness experience.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING (SEMI-PRIVATE):
Our group training packages are ideal for individuals who seek the benefits of personal training within a supportive small-group environment. Each session is limited to a maximum of four women, allowing our certified trainers to provide the proper individualized attention while focusing on mobility, strength, power, hypertrophy, and cardiovascular conditioning. Please note that our group (semi-private) training packages do not include personalized nutrition protocols or full app access.
Pricing Options for Small Group Training:
We offer two options when purchasing our group training packages. The first option allows you to purchase a package based on the number of sessions you wish to use, with packages remaining valid for 6 to 12 months. These sessions can be used at your convenience within the expiration period. Alternatively, we offer monthly membership packages that provide 8 classes per month for the duration of your contract.
