PERSONAL TRAINER + OWNER OF EAST BEACH TRAINING STUDIO
Caley holds a Masters degree in Education and uses evidence-based methods to create fun, safe, and effective training programs for clients to achieve their goals. Caley's teaching background, combined with her training knowledge, helps create a truly well-rounded experience by educating clients on the "why" behind their personalized programs, ensuring a transformative and enriching fitness experience.
Caley has worked with clients of all ages and athletic backgrounds. Whether brand new to fitness, newly postpartum or a seasoned gym goer, our goal is to provide an exceptional coaching experience individualized for every client's needs and health goals.
Caley's protocols are based on current literature [what research says], training knowledge & experience [applying principles that work],
clients’ preferences, and limitations.
In her spare time, Caley enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two little boys, working out, dining at local restaurants, and exploring new travel destinations!

With almost a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, Jamie is a seasoned personal trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to transforming lives and empowering individuals to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Jamie combines expertise in exercise science with a deep understanding of dietary principles to foster sustainable lifestyle changes and promote healthy habits. As a trusted mentor and motivator, Jamie equips clients with the knowledge and skills to make informed choices and maintain long-term success.
Having worked with diverse clientele ranging from military personnel to busy moms, Jamie brings a tailored approach to each client, understanding their unique needs and crafting personalized fitness and nutrition plans to help them succeed. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness enhancement, Jamie is committed to guiding clients on their journey to optimal health and vitality.
In her spare time, Jamie loves to spend time with her husband, two teen daughters, and two dogs, as well as working on her own health and fitness goals.

Sydney has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University, where she developed a firm understanding of how the body works and how to unlock its full potential. Through her education, she discovered the value of being
her strongest self—not only for performance, but long-term
health and well-being.
With a strong background in exercise physiology and performance testing, Sydney understands the importance of using evidence-based research and intentional training to ensure every workout is purposeful and aligns with each client’s goals. She believes in pushing ourselves to achieve the goals we set, knowing that growth happens just beyond our comfort zone.
As a personal trainer, Sydney aims to help clients push past limits, gain confidence, and build a sustainable lifestyle they enjoy. She believes fitness is about more than just physical changes—it’s about empowering people to move and feel better. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or working toward your next big goal, Sydney brings the science, energy, and encouragement to keep you moving forward every step of the way.
In her spare time, Sydney enjoys reading, golfing, working out, and spending quality time with friends and family (and her cat Beans).

Nicole is a vibrant, passionate fitness coach who believes a healthy lifestyle should be as fun as it is rewarding. Her journey began with soccer up until college and evolved through a weight loss journey, a four-year muscle-building phase, and a bikini competition in 2023. Following her competition, Nicole embraced a balanced approach to fitness, focusing on hormonal health and sustainable wellness.
Since 2022, Nicole has been coaching clients across a wide spectrum—from teenagers building foundational strength and nutrition habits to mothers in their 40s eager to reinvest in their personal health. Nicole believes that most people are under-muscled and under-nourished. Therefore, her passion for strength training is rooted in the confidence, vitality, and longevity that come with building strength. Formerly a financial advisor, Nicole leverages her experience in personalized planning to create evidence-based, strategic programs tailored to each client’s unique goals.
There is always room for growth, and Nicole believes the more you chase discomfort in the pursuit of growth, the better you will become in every area of life. A healthier, stronger version of you, is a better version of you. While maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere, Nicole helps clients feel empowered and motivated on their path to wellness.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys lifting heavy weights, trying new restaurants (she has a running list), hitting the beach, and playing board games with family and friends. She is stoked to support each client in discovering their strongest, healthiest, and most confident selves.
